The company Atelier design MM s.r.o. was established in April 1999 by the transformation of the company Atelier design MM Petr Macek, who as an existing partner will benefit from his rich exhibition experience from the time when he was the technical director of the company C.H.Expo. Since then, the most prominent reference and experience has been the exhibition “Rudolf II. and Prague” and “Josip Plečnik”. One of the most important orders in the company’s history was the design and implementation of all meeting rooms, foyers, TV studios and briefing rooms in the Prague Congress Center for the NATO Summit. The whole thing including furnishing with furniture, decorations and graphics. In this case, we worked as a general contractor. Until recently, exhibitions and fairs, especially commercial ones, were the most extensive subject of activity. The exception is the Memorial of National Literature, where for the last 6 years or so we have been realizing exhibitions, presentations of new acquisitions, etc. Since, due to the epidemiological situation in the world, trade fair activities were basically canceled, we relatively quickly reoriented ourselves to atypical realizations of a permanent nature and to museum exhibitions, incl. by installing exhibits. The last, in their own way, important contracts in this field were the installation of exhibits of History of the 20th century in the National Museum and the supply of lighting and illumination of permanent exhibitions also in the National Museum. During the duration of the company’s activity and due to the variety of implementations, we have a network of reliable suppliers for materials and technologies that we do not have. As the company operates exclusively on the principle of personal references and client satisfaction, we do not have all current references on the website.
